With specialized career development resources and personalized coaching provided by AscentUP, this collaboration will help equip youth with the skills, confidence, and experience necessary to thrive in their future education and careers.

AscentUP Bridging Program - April/May Cohort

Flexible

30-hour, fully subsidized internships for US employers to connect with youth across the US. Learners are paid a $300 USD stipend on completion of the project by Riipen. Employers are not required to provide payment.  Submit a project here for the AscentUP team to review.  Once approved, you will be matched with a team of 5 participants. Projects can start from April 21, 2025, and must be completed over 6 weeks.
